The listing, 1919 LATVIA LOT - IMPERFS - Mint has ended.

"Eight typographed stamps of this design were prepared in 1919, but never placed in use. They exist both perforated and imperforate. Reprints and counterfeits exist" I have no idea whether these are reprints or counterfeits so think before you bid! All four have original gum and two have hinge reside. The stamps pictured are the ones you will receive.
