I have one that is 14kgr the jeweler said it was 14k gold rolled and I have one that says 24kgb and i was told that it meant 24k gold bonded. He said they were not solid gold. I don't want you to get in a dispute with all this question and you have great feedback I am trying to help you. Melanie

I understand and thank you, the sad thing is, I took it to a jeweler here and they did not know what the R meant. They had never seen one. I was shocked looked at them with amazement and had to just leave before I said opened my big mouth. So thank you for your input. At least now I know for sure what it means. =)

If there is a kg behind a stamp of anything it is a treated metal rolled bonded plated.
