card states : I'm sorry if my child has disrupted your day. My child has Autism and he can be a handful sometimes, but he is a blessing to my family ! Autism prevalant in around 1 and 110 children. My child may have social , communication and behavior delays that you may have just experienced .
While my child struggles somethimes in social situations, my child is also very talented and gifted individual .
When you have a chance , please take a moment to learn more about Autism and other pervasive developmental disorders. Thank you for letting me share this important information with you .

Thank you!!! How old is your son, if I may ask? Mine is 6. So hard to explain to people all the ways autism can affect your child and your family. Good and bad ways! I think the good is so rewarding that it outweighs the bad. Love to talk/chat with you sometime! Always eager to learn from another autism "expert". Parents are the only ones, and possibly siblings, that should even be allowed to have that label/entitlement or make that claim. Bet we could swap some stories!
