The listing, OLD (Pre-1990) COIN OF POLAND 2 Złoty has ended.

In 1950 Poland issued the third series of złoty coins.
In 1990 the Polish currency was revalued 1:10,000 That is, for 10,000 old Złoty you received one (1) new Złoty. (Now THAT'S Inflation!)

Offered is one of those old coins. Available dates are 1984, 1985, 1987 and 1988.
The newer coins are in the best condition.

My grandfather died before I was born so I love to collect anything I can get a hold of from Poland. In a way it makes me feel like I know him without knowing him if that makes any sense.

It certainly does make sense. All 4 of my grandparents died when I was just an infant and although there are pictures, I have no memory of grandparents. My wife is from Warsaw and we return every couple of years to visit her parents who are now 90.
