Its a purse that shaped like a skirt. It's like a pre teen thing there are three of them in the package and they can decorate each one with bling or paint whatever they want. You can't see it unless you look on the cover very closely... Blow up the picture (double click) and you will see her with the purse over her shoulder...you get three different colors.
