Does not power on although when you plug it in the charging led lights up. It comes with its stylus. It is sold as is for parts or repair,I do not know the specs of this unit..I was told it is a flytouch3 superpad but I can't find a matching pic online to compare it to...the pics are of the actual unit.
You will have to buy a charger for it. They are cheap on amazon. I can tell you this about it.
