You have to wait for the sunglasses auction to be over. Then you know when that window comes up after saying I sent them thay says, Let us know when you got your item? " And in the lower right hand corner in small print it says, Things didn't go as planned request a refund now ", hit that down at the bottom and it sends me and email requesting to refund your credits. And I will! :)
