Yes. I had an issue with my car so the item got sent out a day late and the winner got mad over it. She messaged me at first saying it was fine that I was shipping it out the following morning but then waited until the day I was shipping it after I had done shipped it and provided tracking to say she did not want it. She also waited until late in the evening to do so.

Do you think maybe you could get a few more pictures of the inside of the ring? Maybe one behind the stones and a couple of the stamps... I wonder if there is a makers mark.

Even if it is 14kgp older costume pieces are very collectible so if there's a makers mark that would help determine its age and maker.

I'm not sure of exactly how old it is but my grandfather got this for my grandmother and he passed away in 1999

I took pictures of the markings but you can not really see them at all. I don't know why they make them so hard to see, I even tried using a magnifying glass

Is the gold "wearing" on the band? When I enlarge the pics, it kind of looks like it. I'm not trying to be rude, but if that's the case, this is defiantly not gold and I can guarantee you will have a dispute on your hands. I wish you the best. Good luck.

Are you sure it is 6E and not GE? GE is electro plate and not solid 14k as advertised?
