I have a lilac sheath dress and sheer jacket for auction. The dress has a crinkle and has just the right a mount of shimmer. The jacket is sheer and very comfortable. The jacket has flower stitching with a decoration. This would be a perfect mother of the bride dress.
I am 5'5" and it comes right above my ankle.

Yes, this dress fits loose. Very breathable fabric. I think it's a polyester blend. Not clingy in any way.
