Description

The listing, ‼️❤️ 1920s coal miners lunch pail❤️‼️ has ended.

This is an amazing find!
I wish whomever owned it did not paint it
It is a coal miners lunch pail from between 1910-1920s according to my research (Google is your friend)
It is complete and the thermos glass is not broken or chipped.

It is missing the thermos stopper but for display or restoration this is an amazing piece

It is marked Germany

It is NOT dented but the leather handle shows its age (look at pictures)

I wouldn't, I would use it decoratively. The thermos and everything is good and could be used but my personal preference would be decoration

Very cool item. This is an oldie. It's in amazing condition. I guess it could be re-painted to match your decor. I bet if it could talk it would have some good stories to tell! Reminds me of my cow collecting days..not sure why tho..lol

I bet it could be restored to its old glory. Especially since it doesn't have rust or dents. I love it. I'm with you if it could talk it would have some stories :)

The painting on it is cute and I will bet the owner who painted did not know at the time the historical significance it would have one day. It is a stunning find!

It is an amazing find, and since it isn't dented it could be restored, someplace under all that house paint is the original paint job
