It's not completely made out of gold or else I wouldn't be selling this. It has real flakes of 24k gold encased in foil but its value is so low that this is being sold as a collectible.

Sorry I don't know how much it weighs and I don't have a scale small enough to weigh it. It does have some weight to it though. It feels a little lighter than real foil.
