Where ever the seeds fall they sprout the next year..
I would just plant the seeds where you want them. Seeds will sprout in the summer and bloom in the fall.

They climb all over whatever they are by, porch, trees, trellis, etc. Info I can find is zones 8-11 are the best for them.
