I say its for a 7 inch tablet but can be used for phones im gonna test it out I have an industrial cutter so I can cut it if you give me the measurements. Its 6 1/2 x 10/12

I just cut one to fit my Samsung galaxy s3 and I was able to get 2 out of the 1 sheet. Yes it works good it is a lil thick so its durable

No it has a wiping cloth then you remove the plastic and it has a thing to rub out the bubbles took me 2 seconds
