I won the tights off of here on Listia and they were labelled "one size " ( no tag )
So I would guess they would fit a small /medium ( maybe even a large also as they have lots of stretch : )
The top is a medium but could fit a small easily. Has a bit if stretch but not much .

I won the tights for my daughter and she decided she now doesn't like them...Fickle teens LOL! I had this Beautiful Le Chateau top which is new ( an very expensive ) and isn't getting worn so they look cute together and I threw in the hair clips to spice up the outfit just wee bit more! It makes for a nice outfit to wear to a club or even just out shopping : )

i wear a med. top , you mention a small could also wear this . so does it fit tight?

The top has a bit of stretch but not a lot .
The leggings have a lot of stretch and are long so would fit someone
fairly tall : )
I am not sure what "VS " means for leggings ..do you mean Victoria Secret ? If so then yes : )
