so these2 are tops,and from the looks of them they could prob be used at skirts also? depending on your style! they are both size med. they do stretch, girls/teen/small adult woman could wear... super cute,!! they are BN but I washed them so they are fresh n clean!! We do smoke in my home, but not directly on top of clothes lol,,these have been stored away,and i will/usually wash them before sending(no complaints so far) but just out of respect,i will wash!! if you req me to...ALLLLLLLLL RULES APPLY..
