Well it's been playing music at middle level volume non-stop for about 9 hours, and looks like about 60% battery remaining.

My math skills tell me it will run about 22.5 hours on a full charge. :)

I have the Eclipse Fit Clip and the battery lasts maybe 2 hours. It also does not shuffle songs.
Does this have a shuffle feature?

Yes, there is a shuffle songs feature, I just tested it now. Also, here is the user manual.
