Are the tops (where the triple padded cuffs are) a different color than the foot of the shoe? They look light tan or pink in the photos. Thanks!

They look different I am guessing because of the material, the shoe is stark white the top is more of an a egg shell white, never really noticed it as the ones I have on right now look the same...thanks for stopping by hope this helps...
