I believe Swarovski will repair and replace missing stones and also give you lifetime cleanings on their products! I have a necklace I listed on here also and had that taken in twice because the stone came out twice where it would slide against the chain and they fixed it!

Well, that is great. I suppose anyone that got this could refer to the company website. Cool. Thanks for the info. I was only able to find information in regards to repairing their crystal figures. But, I admit, I did not look too deep into it. These are large and in-charge...not to sound too corny there...but, a bit too large (and major sparkle factor...bind ya) for my taste. lol
