I'm a little confused. There is a huge difference between a size 4 and a size xl. Is this a plus size 4 and it fits smaller like a xl. Or is it the small size 4.

Lol i know right! !! Well its aays 4 on tag but its not even close to a 4x. It fits me and i wear a 1x to 2x. I will try to get around to measuing it when i have a chance. Thanks for looking; )
