Has the coin been cleaned?

I did not clean it but I can't guarantee you that it has not been clean. My husband is the coin dealer and it was his grandpas. This coin gas been in their family a while...but I don't see any marks from a brush.

I don't clean my coins. It does not have bristle scratch marks on it. The pictures show it all. I take pictures in different light so you can see marks.
