Could you show me where is says in the TOS? I didn't see anything like that when I read the agreement. I'll be happy to rectify any noncompliance.

I've noticed on different auctions with mysteries, moderators have commented stating in quote "Are the items shown, what WILL be included or examples of what MAY be included?" You have shown the back of five cards those could be five pieces of paper for all I know! I would like to see the front of more than five cards to see what my chances are of getting those cards, check out this auction http://www.listia.com/auction/24173660-mystery-box-auction she shows all the possible items, not guaranteeing any of those items, I suggest that you do the same please.

5. Mystery listings that do not hint at or describe the type of item(s). The listing cannot be a complete mystery however the title can state "Mystery Auction" or "Mystery Listing."

It would spoil the surprize for my bidders who are, if you read my feedback, quite pleased with the outcome of my auctions. I assure you all of my Pokémon and neopets cards are genuine.
