how does this thing work?How does it connect to the phone? I have an alcatel touch screen that has an internal antenna and I have a crappy signal when I'm inside my house and if this would help it get better I would love to have it!!

Sorry for the delay ~ Had a sick little boy. It works by putting it inside your battery cover. It does make a difference to some bad signal cell phones.
