As you can see by the pictures, the interior pages are in very good shape.
I would say the front and back covers are in pretty decent shape too.
The spine is a little bit worn and torn. Mostly worn, but there is a small torn spot about 2mm by 2mm. I haven't fixed it. You might want to put a small piece of clear tape on that.
It will come in a plastic sleeve.
