That's crazy! I've waited up to 3 weeks for delivery and never said anything. Per listia rules, the winner has 7 days to provide all necessary info, seller has 7 days after that to mail, and give the post office another 7 days to deliver. The way I add it up that comes to 21 days, or 3 weeks. Some people you can never make them happy.

I know!!! She won it Tuesday May 5th and it was delivered the next Monday on May 11th. I'm in California and she is in New York! I definitely will be inviting her to my block party. I have waited weeks before someone even shipped my item and I didn't say anything.
