Up for auction is a old 65 but not sure. This stamp has faults! A small tear down at bottom. And heavy hinged. This stamp be good for page fill. I don't know the true scott number. Not really sure this would constitute as a fancy cancel, I don't see any indication of a post office applied theme, or design. I would say that this is REALLY nicely centered for the issue and well maintained perfs! Nice coloring too!
