you can be sure to have the page returned to you if you don't use the full balance. Remaining balance is good for any of the 4 restaurants regardless of where you used it first. Also Chili's (not sure of the others) has a kiosk on the table where you can pay your check you can type in the code without needing the printout. You shouldn't have any trouble telling the server that you have an egift card and just give them the code written down (this has always worked for me). Either way I have a print out saved to my computer and have no issues sending it in an email so the winner can print out.
