What kind of material? It appears like cloth or canvas type. Is this accurate?

It is canvas. And I took a second look at it about five min ago after previous question about stains & there is indeed little orange stains. They are on the top on the one side only. I have no idea what it could be because it was still in the bag I bought it in & I never used tags still attached.
