Up for bid are two Marvel Treasury Editions. Star Wars and Star Wars - The Empire Strikes Back. Both are official adaptations of the movies. The Star Wars comic (Whitman Edition) is copyright dated 1977 and The Empire Strikes Back (Parkes Run Edition) is dated 1980.

Both are in above average condition. It is common to find these in rough, well-read condition. Not so common to find well-cared for copies!

Star Wars #1 is in Very Good condition with very nice color, some spine creases and a front cover impact tear (near Luke Skywalkers right leg) that continues into several pages. This issue would grade much higher if not for the tear. The Empire Strikes Back #2 is in even better condition. It's a solid VF copy with very few flaws. About as nice a Treasury Edition copy as I've ever seen.

These are great not just for comic book collectors but Star Wars collectors as well. And there's revived interest in the brand with a new movie on the horizon!
