Uniden Two-Way Radios...i bought these walkie talkies for emergency purposes but have never used them...the work good and hold a charge...no box or owners manual...any questions please ask...thanks...p.s...because i am a new seller and gin is not available to me yet in my settings per listia...sorry about that in advance...

yes they talk to each other when you are both on the same channel...this is what the website says about them...: supports all 22 FRS/GMRS channels with 38 privacy codes and a maximum range of 10 miles. The normal range is 6 miles, but the Power Boost feature extends the range on demand. This model also supports channel scan, channel monitor, and allows you to select from 5 call tones
