Your bird looks like the ones sold in mexico, their made of paper mache and are on that rod like midnight said and hang from mostly ceiling cause since its paper mache any rain will ruin it, plus the paint will fade away very quickly. best of luck!

Chicagojc is correct, I picked one of these up in Tijuana and they are the same.They come with a pirch and not for outdoors. Nice find

I had one like this ! It sat on a swing in a cage or where ever you want it! I got one for buying a cage in Texas it was a free gift!

You live next to me to the West. I bid on it because I make things out of other things and I will give him a good home. You can seal them so they stay pretty. I brought one home from Mexico and he was outside on my deck under the eave for a long time. Did you just do a great clothes auction? I missed winning because of not watching the end. I have a 16 year old daughter who loved the clothes. Oh well I will watch the bird.

No I haven't done no clothes aution I was going to. My daughter who is 18 sent me a box of stuff that she doesn't want. I just haven't taken the time to take pictures to post them.
I didn't think anyone lived near me. That is why I am online alot - in the middle of no where and 5 miles from town.

I live in Wisconsin which is just to the east of you. I guess there is another midnight with a similar name. I just got a package from another new lister on here from your state today. He is a toucan and I think I saw another one on here too. He would make a charming windchime once he gets a perch and someplace to sit. Jen

He is hollow - 5 in long , body 1/2 in.
