This was told to me that it is a 6 mo old costume, tag was removed..
measurements=
from the top of one shoulder to the end of one leg reads-22inches..across the yellow belt is 10 inches,..so that is 10 x 2=20 inches....
sleeve lenght= underneath-6 3/4 inches..
from one leg to the other is velcro closure,...also the cape can be worn or not attaches with velcro...back of costume has velcro, and the eye mask has a velcro closure...it is made of fleece material, & the mask as well....

Well, I got this from a friend grandkids are all older so I couldn't tell you maybe you can ask a baby's momma, on here with the measurements I gave you?
