this is a 4 positive post deck and entire deck is neg ,so no need to insert wire in a neg post.
also has juice spreader that allows you to simply pop your drip dip and drip in center 8 to 10 drops and re top and vape
when i 1st started with rda's this was 1 of the 1st 1's i got and is an excellent deck for someone that wants to learn dual and quad coil builds, i still have 2 black 1's that are mine and love it still to this day.

comes with wire for building your own coils
a screwdriver and extra screws and some silica vape rope
comes with the black drip tip that is pictured.
