If You Look At The Picture Where It Comes on It do connect to Wifi . You can add an sd card so you can listen to music and add as much as u need . This powered by Android and takes an android charger I will not be providing one.

to reset turn it off . release power button. now hold the power button down for 60 sec. release, this should have reset to factory setting's.if not repeat. this is what i read on their support page.hope i got it right.

You hold the power button down and the volume button down at the same time then you go and hold the power button down again with volume down buttons
