It is not. and i don't have anything wireless...
No I am not real techie past my desk top. lol

1, and this stick also has problems with the versions, can you by chance plug it into one of your desktop USB ports and show a picture of the available wireless networks in range?

'something' for you, yet before you even ask such a thing, you put down my product. seems to me you just want to be negative without knowing something and that is simply not fair to anyone here.

I m not techie, as I said in the discription. All I know is it plugs into pc. I have no understandng from there. I have no wireess anythig i my home.

nb1000 i have plugged this key into my pc and it is now downloading device driver software. Now if "ranges " have anything to do with my location or anyones location. well pardon me, but, that's none of your business to my ranges or anyone elses, till you are the winner. Now we'll see what happens when this downloads the device software & I will get back to this on the next step ~ just to be fair & forthcoming. Because your insinuating that i am not... in your nasty & negative way.. till then ...

nb1000 I downloaded something but not being techie I couldn't figure out what to do. so I went to search, entered "Belkin USB Wireless Adapter F7D1101v1
I was directed to find the version # because, i was told it had multiple versions for this. which i found, that the version number for this adapter matches the model number that i have listed in my auction discription. So there are no tricks involved with this at all. next step was to install. so I don't know what you mean by RANGES. And quite frankly at this point, I don't care what you meant. You're not nice Mr.

I searched "Belkin USB Wireless Adapter F7D1101v1" because that was the file name that will download after plugging this key into the uSB port on my computer.

yeah, see i never was disrespectufl ma'am, i was just saying with the V1 there is issues with the firmware thats on it, the V2 they kinda fixed the issues... what i meant by "range" is that when you bring it up, it should show wireless networks avaliable in the range of the unit, it will pick up everything, the reason i wanted you to do that, is it would show me it works correctly and there isnt an issue with your unit, because as i said some of the V1's have issues.... thats all no disrespect :) ( yeah, im a "techie" ;) )
