As a matter of fact lavendar and pepermint oils are in the band, must be kept in a ziploc to keep it active, between uses!! so there is no environmental problems at all, and us fuddies duddies at my ripe old age of 38 have been earth concious far longer than you have used that language . ( i didn't draw hello kitty on the bracelets either) have a wonderful day.
