Live on SS. Small Budget doesn't allow it.
BUT it is so lightweight that Ground ship with tracking
would not be much.

The insurance thing was a typo... thanks for pointing it out...I have since corrected/omitted it on this auction.
As for the shipping to your zip, I have no way of knowing as I do not have a postal scale and I do not process/package an item for shipment until it sells at auction; THEN I package it up, go to PO, stand in line, get the package weighed & measured, check out all the available methods & rates of ship, and then report my findings back to my BUYER which I willingly and most gratefully do.

See for me I would have to know ahead of time. As I too am on a very fixed income of only $60.00 a month (kind of like a allowance) as I don't work. All of my $60.00 pays for my free shipping auctions and it don't even stretch that far either for a month, lol If I knew ahead of time I might be able to finagle a little more from my husband. When I list one with a shipping charge I pack it up weigh it on a food scale and go to USPS.COM with the weight and dimensions of the item and fine the cheapest way to ship, this way I can tell them ahead of bidding if they are interested. But everyone does it differently. thank you.
