~* Okay here is the 'scoop'!! My feedback rating took a hit when I was in the hospital for a LONG period of time from Diabetic complications (I was very ill) Nobody knew how to work my auctions or was worried about it at the time (should I fall ill my family has promised to get on here and take care of things)

~* Since then I have done a lot of auctions but I've had a few 'scammers' that pull the I didn't get it, etc. So I have to do auctions with tracking (and make it worth it) therefore the fixed start bid, if you can't leave feedback, I'd prefer you don't bid..
