It is unlockable if you pay for the unlocking service fee. As of right now, it is carrier locked to T-Mobile.

Not sure if your still a T-mobile customer or not, but if u are or since its your phone u had with them, theyll give u the unlocking code for FREE.. if u had the code and offered it with this auction itd probably almost double the credits ppl would bid..
