The cases aren't included bc the shipping would end up being too much for me to afford. I wish i could send them with the cases, but sadly i can't afford it.

Good point Marilyn! Plus by the seller saying the game discs have no files on them does that mean personal game progress?

You are right to assume it means the personal progress has been erased. I didn't want people to have games that were halfway or totally finished. I wanted them to get the game as it it was brand new from Game Stop or something.
