The listing, Nook Color Tablet W/ N2A Kit Kat 4.4.2 has ended.

Up for auction is a Nook color tablet complete with Case, Screen protector, 16GB SD card with N2A OS installed. 268 Star Wars books in a folder on the SD Card. I have reset the tablet to factory settings so you can set it up with your own settings. Nook Power brick and Nook USB cord included.

You can switch between the operating systems by powering off and removing the SD card, then power on to boot to Nook or insert the SD card and reboot to boot to N2A. The N2A OS is built off of the Cryogen Mod and reports the device as a nexus 7 but that's okay.

You will get Google play and a full featured Android device all in the package of a Nook. Or just run it as a nook either way.

There is a Transition point between the N2A boot where the screen goes wonky then black for about 10 seconds but it is normal and clears up when it goes to the Kit-Kat logo don't panic. This only happens from a fresh boot to N2A.

Battery life is excellent Last for several weeks on stand by and for about 8 hours running. This can be extended by dimming the screen.

no, there were no modifications made to the base nook all modifications were made on the SD card. It is 16GB but only 9GB are usable due to the OS programing. Look up N2A on google for full specifications. There is a way to Root the nook but then you loose the dual functionality.

Will N2A work on any nook with a colored screen? Or is only compatible with specific models? I know I could do the research, but I like discussion. Also it helps other bidders learn about the product.

If you go to the N2A site they do bootable mods for a lot of different devices. I believe that this version of kit-kat is compatible with the nook color and the color HD. They have Lollipop versions as well.

Yes it connects to WiFi, but the Nook does not have Bluetooth
