is this counted cross stitch or a stamped picture to cross stitch, as I have to have it stamped on or I mess it up. Thanks

From what i could read from the paper in the back is: chart of the design is provided. each square represents one stitch. each square to be stitched is coded with a symbol for each color. cross stitches,half cross stitches and french knots are coded with their own respective symbols. the uncoded squares are left unstitched. bold lines on the chart indicate decorative stitches.
i hope this a help to you. i don't much about cross stitching. dotty
