The listing, Beautiful silver belt buckle has ended.

This is a big beautiful silver belt buckle. Not sure of the material but it does not stick to my heavy weight magnets so, it could be sterling of plated. It had a place for a name and there is one on it(can't make it out even with my glasses on) but can easily be buffed out and a new name applied.

Can you put a magnifying glass on the back side of the buckle where the piece sticks out that goes into the hole. That maybe your saving grace. If it's sterling silver 9 times out of 10 it's going to &Ave that identifying mark. You can see SOMETHING, just can't make it out. If you could get a pic of it magnified it will shoot your bids to the moon. If you have a smart phone, there's an app called magnify or magnify camera. It will let you get the pic you need. And, it's free. I'm ready to bid sky high if it's v real. Looks like there was a sticker on the back recently, any Idea what it said? Here's hoping...

Hi. Thanks for the comment. I will do that later today and try to post a pic. I did the magnet test and the ice cube test and it passed both of those.

Oh yea, and the sticker had a lady's name on it, to identify her item at a multi-family yard sale. I cleaned the sticker residue off and posted other pics
