READ THIS DESCRIPTION. I will not refund credits to anyone who complains about the listed conditions of this item. If you place a bid, you're obligating your credits to this product in its condition "as is" state.

For auction is an AT&T branded Samsung Galaxy S4 (model SGH-I337). Below, I will list the item's notable condition.

-This item has a cracked screen as illustrated in the photos above.

-The display of the screen is two-toned, mostly in high contrast visuals, where as, half of the screen is white, whereas the other have will be slighty brown. It doesn't necessarily affect visual performance or the display of an image.

-The keypad display may also appear burned into the screens display, especially on high contrast visuals, but again, does not affect visual performance

-There is moderate cosmetic damage (scuffs, scratches, etc.) to the edges of the phone.

-This item is outdated, so performance isn't "up to par" with recently updating of apps.

-The phone and battery is NOT included, no charger, SIM card, nor SD cards will be included.
***A SIM card can be obtained by your authorized retailer, or a current SIM used from another device you own to access all of it's cellular features. However, you can also use WiFi to operate the internet features of this device.***

Furthermore, this device functions normally with its minor flaws and would be useful if you're upgrading from an older device. Anyone with questions or concerns may comment below or Inbox me.

Why would anyone need to pay my bill? My ATT contract is over and with this phone and isn't blacklisted, nor hasn't been reported lost or stolen. Someone with enough expertise can unlock it themselves without the charge of the carrier. Of course I don't expect you to believe me but these are my sincere words. If you're not interested in the auction, then proceed elsewhere. What other information would you suggest that I could further prove that this item is legitimate and completely usable.

as long as the phone is not under contract to ATT they will give you the unlock code free all you have to do is go to the website fill out a request form and they will send you the code. i know as i just unlocked a phone of theirs to use on another carrier. hope this helps

Okay thanks alot. I got the unlock code but it says I need a non AT&T SIM. I don't have one but if I found (let's say Verizon) one, would it be locked to Verizon network only?

people for me who cant afford a monthly bill of 60+ wifi is fine for me to use kik, bluetooth music games etc etc so this is awesome if u know how to fix visit ifixit.com and it will show u how to do it

It can be used on WiFi and registered with an AT&T sim. Im not paying to unlock a phone I don't want anymore.

If u got the unlock code you can now use any Sim card from any carrier and it want lock the phone if you decide to change later on u just switch the card and activate the service

if the buyer uses AT&T all they would have to do is contact them and activate the phone through them, its saying that because u unlocked it for other carriers. hope this helps
