Be sure to do 1( one) eye at a time
Step 1. Mascara gel coat the lashes and make sure they are nice and wet
Step 2. Loose fibers wiggle on to the mascara gel you first applied the more wet the better the fibers stick
Step 3. Do these previous two steps on the next eye
