Oh yea, if you are out bid you do not lose credits.... If you are the high bidder then your credits are on hold till the auction is completed and then they are automatically transferred to the sellers account. But please think about that before you choose to bid because you just may be the winner of an auction and you will have to get a refund and the seller has to relist all over again.. So it is a very tedious process that can be prevented by not bidding on something you do not want...

Not sure but I suggest you do not bid. I am sure you do not have this option. My guess is that you wait to be out bid if you are the high bidder. But the auction is fixed this way to be fair to the seller and buyer.
