The listing, iRobot MID Tablet PC has ended.

If you have the time to change the battery on it, and install a different OS on it (both of which I don't know how to do), then this is the item for you. It comes with Android OS 1.8; but, I have never been able to figure out how to upgrade it and can not find the user manual which came with it. However, if your a Techno Geek you should have no problems fixing this thing and using it for whatever.

The reason I said change the battery is because this came with a really cheap battery and they don't hold a charge well at all; so, it will most certainly require you to take it apart to replace the battery (and, in advance, no - I don't know how to do that).

To change the battery, the corners of the screen need to be lifted to get to the screws. As far as I know, the battery connections are soldered, so you'd need to de/re-solder a new battery. Replacing the OS is pretty easy actually, slatedroid.com carries many custom ROM's for these. Fanned and Watching.

Yes, it does; but, not for all long as it says on the box. Because the battery is garbage. I don't mean to sound rude; however, if you look at the comments above you will see that I already said that it works. So, for anyone else, please don't ask me that question again!

I believe that it's 1.8; but, I could be wrong on that. In any case you will want to upgrade this to a newer version of Android OS once you get it; because, it has never received an update. It was used very few times; and, I couldn't figure out how to do it.

This looks like a very nice item, especially if someone knows how to fix those things, which may not be too major (I couldn't fix them though, lol)
I'm not trying to be mean or anything but it's not up to you about refunding credits. There are rules Listia has written, in detail, about certain things that can result in a refund of credits to the winner. I'm not saying you are misrepresenting the item but, ultimately it is up to Listia to decide, if there is a dispute, not the seller about any refunds.
All I'm trying to say is make sure you're telling everything honestly and that you package the item very well. I would, also, make sure to get a confirmation code when you mail it.
It's just advice, some of it I've had to learn the hard way, but you may want to consider some of it, since it looks like you are new here. I think MOST of us here on Listia are honest sellers and buyers but sometimes you run into somebody that isn't...just trying to help.

It works; but, the battery will need to be replaced. It's not a good battery. P.S., I could not figure out how to install a newer version of Android on it; but I'm not good with using this kind of equipment, in general, so it just might be my lack of understanding and/or wanting to try due to my complete non-interest in it. I like my PC, my Laptop; but, these Tablet things I do not like. Won't ever buy one in the future.

It's a generic iRobot tablet; and, it has Android version 1.8 on it. I personally don't like how it handles; but, I don't like touch screen items in general so it might just be me. PS, I thank you for allowing me to copy your note; and, I agree everyone should have one like it on all their auctions.
