Is this a low impact workout. I live in a place where I won't be able to do high impact (floor) motions.

I do not know. It requires hand weights and a mat, but I have used workouts with those requirements in an apartment before. I was on the ground floor though. The cardio could be a problem. I'll ask my son"s girlfriend when she gets home, it is her DVD. Sorry, I don't have a better answer.

i decided to call my son's girlfriend since she works late, and I really wanted to be able to give a definite answer. However, she never used the DVD because she felt it would be too hard. I looked online and although the reviews are all raving about how great this workout is, they also say it is hard especially at first. So, no definite answer, but know now that it is highly rated but tough. I hope that although my answer isn't all that helpful, is somewhat informative.
