Hi, is the waist measurement, for across just the front, or including from front left all the way around back to front left? Is this actually a 3x in US sizing, since Chinese is a size smaller than US?

The waist meaurement goes all the way around. The elastic that goes around the waist is stretchy but they are kind of low cut. I wear a 2x and they fit me and a bit more but they are kind of low cut.

I can however they look exactly like the first pic. They are very stretchy especially around the waist. I think the inside is nylon, the tags don't say so I'm not positive but that's what it feels like. Let me know if you need an actual pic.
