Description

The listing, New Minky Pocket Cloth Diaper and Leg Warmers has ended.

New homemade size small Jaguar print diaper and your choice pink or black baby leg warners. Really cute for a boy or girl!

-The outer layer is polyester minky like material. It is very soft and furry.
-There is a hidden water resistant layer of 100% polyester fleece.
-The inner layer that touches baby's skin is a very soft polyester velour.
-The closures are velcro.

There is a pocket at the back of the diaper to stuff or the diaper can be used as a cover. I will include a small homemade insert that can be used with the diaper. The insert has 3 layers of bamboo and 2 layers of 100% cotton flannel on the outside so it can be stuffed in the pocket of the diaper or used as a lay in insert. The diaper and insert have never been worn but they have been washed once.

The leg warmers are made from new socks and they are perfect for keeping baby's legs warm and showing off your cloth diapers. They have never been worn. The leg warmers also make diaper changes easy because there are no pants to pull up and down! You can choose pink or black which ever you prefer. Only the pink are pictured but the black look identical.

do you have any larger since you said above that this goes to 14lbs? How thick is the diaper? I can't stand the look of a huge diaper on my tiny daughter. I almost bid but glad i read the comments first. Just switching my daughter to cloth and she's just under 19lbs at 12 months. The only diaper we have right now is the garden party med gDiaper.

These tend to be on the thicker side because they are really plush. Minky diapers are ment to be shown off, i.e. worn without pants. Sorry, I don't have any more like this, I make my sons diapers and I use the left over fabric to make the ones I list on here. If you wanted to send me her measurements I could see if it would fit, because like I said I'm really bad at guessing weights and all babies are different. I am working on a spiderweb diaper for halloween that should fit her and is really trim but my sewing machine has got an attitude problem and it isn't turning out as nice as I want it to. If I decide to list it, it will be today or tomorrow. Thanks for looking! (Sorry for the long story!)

I'm really bad at baby weights but I would say 8-14 lbs.

fanned and watching. Is the diaper waterproof or would I need a cover for it?

It is not waterproof, it is water resistant. That means that you don't need a cover and your baby can wet in it probably twice, maybe more, before you feel any wetness on the outside. Fleece is a breathable option in place of pul. You can also use this diaper as a cover if you use prefolds or flats or something along those lines. Hope that clears it up for you! Fanned you back :)

My son is 14 months old and I made him one of these in his size and he has never leaked out of it. He has even worn it through his nap without a problem :)

I have been trying for forever to win a cloth diaper and even enter into contests to win them. On two different times, it has popped up that I won an auction only to tell me minutes later that I didn't. With three girls in diapers, I gotta do something to save money. I'm even thinking about making them myself cause I have a ton of receiving blankets and I read on a site where you can use them to make them and also use them as liners too.

Some people wait till literally the last few seconds to bid. Thats why it says you're winning then you refresh the page and you're not the winner any more. Its happened to me a few times also! I have a 2yr old, a 1 yr old, and am expecting another in Dec. We started using cloth a year ago and it has worked really well for us! Yes, you can make diapers out of alot of things just laying arount the house. Towels, old tshirts, recieving blankets, flannel shirts, and sheets anything made of cotton really. I wish you the best of luck in your bidding and if you decide to make your own diapers, I'm here if you have any questions!
