This was given to me as a gift over 20 years ago. I have never used any part of it, or even taken it out of its container until this picture was taken.

You get everything shown in the photo - all 15 items plus the two piece basket and general info paper.

I have never opened any item here or used any item. That being said, the person who gave me these might have used some parts of this as I found some matches missing.

Questions & Comments

These appear to be powdered incenses - is that what they are? One way of burning incense is to sprinkle a powder over hot charcoal so I was just wondering if that's what these are. Thank you and I apologize for my ignorance if that's not what they are.

Yes these are listed as powders on the paper that comes with the box and the paper makes reference to incense. So, I am assuming these are incense powders. The form states: "These powders are meant for burning and not to be applied to the skin."

You might want to come down just a hair on the cost of the opening bid. A high opening bid like that does more to intimidate people out bidding Don't worry about lost profits I've seen this kind of goodness go for well over a million by close of auction. Good luck!

Oh believe me, I understand the issue with exchange rates. I actually pay more in stamps than I actually make in the equivalent on credits. Unfortunately psychology is our adversary here. Some how an auction works is tied to the excitement created by competing for right to purchase. The big opening bid really does tend to drive bidders away. Are you able set up a GIN (Get it Now) for your auctions. Those are often set super high in tandem with a lower opening bid.

An ways, I'm sorry, but that's really is how people work. If someone wants it bad enough they'll drive up the final price on their own. Often by bidding multiple lime in a row in a effort to eliminate competing bids. I've seen it with my own auctions and what I sell isn't anywhere near the level of what you're offering for auction.
